It's every band's dream: an international concert tour, a chance to spread Freedom, Democracy, and the American Way of Life among the peoples of the world, through massively amplified Rock 'n' Roll music! You might say it was pure luck for Not Quite Dead, though not necessarily of the good sort. The Secret Spy Service wants to send a cultural delegation to foment disruption in the poorest country in the world to allow the US government to send in the military to restore peace.
